“Nestled within the dramatic landscape of Canyon Point, this property certainly has the location that provides access to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon national parks. Still, some reports indicate inconsistencies in service, especially regarding dining and attention to detail; while adventure activities and wellness facilities are extensive, refinement in basic hospitality seems necessary. I think the hotel's remarkable setting deserves an equally polished service experience.”
